Access & Integrity Pipe Works
Baron Energy Services Ltd. (BES) began operations in 2020, supporting the PNG project with access and clearing services. Since then, TBC has grown into a full-service contractor delivering a wide range of solutions for pipeline and energy projects.
Our experience includes project management, road construction and maintenance, brushing, danger tree falling, drilling and blasting, helicopter long-lining, water barging, and integrity work on live gas lines—including bypass installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Northwest Transmission Line (NTL)
BC HydroBES was subcontracted under Nass Area Enterprise, a corporation of the Nisga’a Lisims Government, to complete access road construction and grubbing for a 35 km section of the Northwest Transmission Line (NTL). TBC also managed air curtain burning, log marketing, and sort yard operations for the full 115 km Nisga’a section.
Additional scope included guy line anchor test pulls, road construction and maintenance, bridge installation, mechanical and hand brushing, and post-construction upgrades and maintenance.
